What Are executive functions and why do i need a coach ?

Executive functions are the basic life skills of self-management that allow any aged human, to set goals and achieve them. These are lifelong skills that contribute towards mental processes that enable us to plan, focus attention, remember instructions, and juggle multiple tasks successfully. The skills include such areas as managing our emotions, taking initiative on our own unique ideas, staying focused, and being organized. Most of the time, when we’re not living a life aligned with our ideals of peace and happiness there is a breakdown within the executive functioning.

The seven executive function skills I’ll help you learn about are : Behavioral control; Error processing; Reactions and Responding; Working Memory; Use of Rules; Risk/Rewards/Decisions; and Emotional Intelligence.
