About Gwen
Originally from the Northeast region of the United States (hint : you’ll be scared during football season lol) I have resided in the Seattle, Washington since 2018. I am first and foremost by lineage a proud Black woman and healer. My personal, academic, and professional journeys have helped me realize I came a long way from where I started in life. I’ve navigated many different institutions and social groups growing financially, socially, intellectually, and emotionally.
I’ve learned that it’s not exceptional personal gifts that helped me change my life circumstances, but moreso a willingness to reorganize my life over and over again until I was the most efficient version of my ideal self. I want to help others, especially marginalized communities feel the same pathway to peace is available and nope- college is not the only way to get there.

Happy Clients
Executive Function Coaching is for individuals of all ages. Children, if attending public schools in America will begin getting tested for Executive Functioning deficits as soon as Kindergarten or 5 years old. I have experience working with children as young as 4 years old up to adults at 65 years of age. I also have extensive experience working with differently abled individuals highlighting the Autistic and Down Syndrome communities.
